In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, we are happy to return or exchange unworn, unaltered items within 28 calendar days of receipt. Please keep in mind some items are not eligible for return and you will need to check the relevant product descriptions.
Should you be eligible to return your product, please email us at operations@novocurated.com to begin this proccess.
UK Refunds will be issued minus a £4.95 deduction to cover shipping and handling costs.
Customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities, so certain items are non-returnable for refunds, including:
- Selected underwear: Briefs & Thongs
- Socks
- Face coverings
- Scrunchies & Hair Clips
- Headbands
- Swimwear (must have hygiene stickers intact)
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. All returned items will be inspected.
Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the same condition in which they were received with all their original packaging and tags intact.
For international returns we are unable to offer free returns at this moment in time. So please be aware that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark clearly on your return invoice "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. Please send your return to:

All returns must be received to our distribution centre within 28 calendar days of receipt therefore please choose your shipping method accordingly. Also note that any items outside of the 28 calendar day return policy will be sent back out to you as they are not within our policy timeframe for a refund
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, although processing times may be longer during busy periods. Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an automated email confirming the receipt of your return. Our Customer Service team will then handle your refund or exchange request as promptly as possible.
Please keep all proof of postage receipts until your refund or exchange request has been fully completed.
Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used for your original purchase.
