Thank you for shopping with NOVO CURATED. We hope you love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Hair clips,
- Swimwear,
- Underwear,
- Food and beverage,
- Skincare and Bodycare
How to Request a Return
Please email operations@novocurated.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you would like to return
- The reason for return
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Return Instructions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Please retain your proof of postage for reference.
Refunds
Once the brand receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once the return has been received.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Third-Party Sellers
Please note: Items sold by third-party sellers on NOVO CURATED may be subject to different return and refund policies. In such cases, customers will need to follow the instructions provided on the seller’s website to initiate a return or exchange. NOVO CURATED is not responsible for handling returns or refunds for third-party items.
